LANDSCAPE

These images are a collection of Landscapes from around the UK, Jersey and the some more far off destinations
Grosnez Castle, Jersey

On the cliffs at Les Landes, at the most north-westerly point of Jersey you can find the ruins of Grosnez castle, built between 1328 and 1330.

What is left now is the ruins of the old gatehouse, this fortification is surrounded by many WWII German installations all of which indicate the strategic importance of the Channel Islands over the years.

Location: Grosnez, Les Landes - Jersey, Channel Islands
